When few boatyards and designers were starting using simple 2D CAD we were developing some in-house 3D NURBS fairing software … 15 years ago ..
When in early 1990’s we’ve been teached by a large design studio manager that ‘there will be no chance to analyze a boat structure rather than a simple beam on elastic soil’ we were developing our first pre-processor for dynamic FEM analysis of a planing boat.
We’re now able to use the most advanced FEM and CFD softwares.
But we’re not intended to use it just as ‘color shows’ like some newcomers are used to do.
Our objective is to use the proper instrument at the right moment. “If a ruler works it’s enough”.
We’re covering all the boat technical development, from high tech (composite structures optimization, planing hulls, waterjets and high speed fluidodynamics) to basic engineering services (classification society scantling plans, engine room arrangements, technical details booklets ).
Only high-end engineering services are available as stand-alone products. All services are offered as part of our integrated project development.
